COVID-19 NEGATIVE CERTIFICATE FOR ALL GUESTS MANDATORY FOR CHECK IN. GUESTS AWAITING TEST RESULTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHECK IN , BOOKINGS WOULD BE CANCELLED AND DENIED CHECK IN IN SUCH CASES. BREAKFAST , SWIMMING POOL AND RESTAURANT ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED AS PER GOVERNMENT ORDERS. 1. Security Deposit of Rs 1000 would be collected on arrival and would be refunded at Check out post inspection. 2. Its an Apartment, we do not have a reception. Please get in touch with the Management team on the Contact information provided before your arrival. 3. Complimentary Breakfast is limited and would be served in the room within 9.30 am, it will not be available from the restaurant. Complimentary Breakfast would be provided only if your Voucher mentions it. 4. For extra guests, we provide extra floor mattresses, extra beds are not provided. 5. WIFI is chargeable in all areas. 6. Kitchen has Induction and limited utensils, we dont provide larger vessels nor any extra utensils except which are there in the room. 7. Television channels are limited and allotted as per the policies of the Management.
